Our 5/8" safety breakaway custom printed lanyards combine a versatile medium-width polyester strap with silk-screened custom branding, two end attachments and an added breakaway feature. The 5/8" width provides more printable space than a narrow lanyard while remaining comfortable and practical for everyday event use.

The double-ended configuration includes one hardware attachment at each end and is especially useful with compatible two-hole badge holders. Supporting the badge at two points helps reduce flipping and twisting so event credentials, ID cards and name badges remain easier to read.

A safety breakaway release is positioned at the back of the neck and is designed to separate when sufficient force is applied. Add your company logo, school name, event message or organization branding with silk-screen printing for conferences, trade shows, conventions, employee identification, visitor programs and special events.


Standard Configuration:

  • 1. Lanyard strap: 5/8"(W) x 36"(L).
  • 2. Includes 1 color of webbing.
  • 3. Safety breakaway release located at the back of the neck.
  • 4. Step-and-repeat imprint on one side of the lanyard.
  • 5. Includes 1 color silk-screen imprint.
  • 6. Includes one hardware attachment at each end.
  • 7. Minimum order: 100 pcs per unique imprint, hardware attachment, webbing color or configuration.
  • 8. Quantity price breaks are based on each unique imprint, lanyard color, hardware attachment and configuration.
  • 9. Free setup, free artwork and free shipping by air freight service for customers within the domestic 48 states.
  • 10. Optional Multi-Color Logos:
    + $0.10 per lanyard for each additional imprint color.
    + $40.00 setup for each additional imprint color.
    The cost of optional imprints will be added during logo confirmation.
  • 11. Optional Two-Sided Imprinting:
    + $0.10 per lanyard for each additional imprint color.
    + $40.00 setup for each imprint color on the back side.
    The cost of optional imprints will be added during logo confirmation.

Shipping Note:
Shipping and handling charges for military bases, Air Force bases, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and international customers will be quoted after the order is placed.
